We're looking for long-term tenants: stays of more than 6 months, with no upper limit. To comply with Munich's local regulations, the main purpose of your stay must be living (working or studying), not (only) tourism. Send us a message before booking — we're happy to answer any questions.

The cozy terraced house was built in 1950 and has been extended and renovated to the newest standards. It has two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen, ideal for up to four adults. Eco-friendly, sustainable materials were used throughout: the floors are oiled oak, finished with linseed oil.

The main bedroom has a private bathroom. The attic bedroom has a bathroom one floor below, and both bathrooms have smart toilets (washlets) with warm water and oscillating cleaning. The kitchen has all the appliances you need, including an oven, steam oven and dishwasher. A larch-wood terrace with table and chairs overlooking the garden completes the common areas, and a Miele washer and a dryer are also available. The basement has natural light and direct access to the garden, with a workspace with a desk, a multi-purpose room and the laundry room.

The house is a 5-minute walk from the Willibaldplatz tram stop (15 min to Oktoberfest, 22 min to the old town/Marienplatz). It has a front-yard parking spot with an 11kW charger for your electric car. The whole house is for your exclusive use — no other guests share the property.
